“First and foremost, save your money and spend an extra $10 for a room somewhere else. This place is not it and not worth even the price they charge. Cons: -Slow service checking in -Little to no water pressure. Sinks are barely a trickle and shower at least enough to rinse off with. -Basboards falling off the wall. -Dead bugs all over the floor. -Musty smells in the room. -Hot water is room temperature at best. “I was there for 6 days they only cleaned the room once and ot was the second day we were there the shower curtain rod was falling off don't recommend the hotel”

“The room was clean and very roomy. The staff very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. If you have a stop over in Big Spring, Texas, try staying at the Hampton Inn. You won’t regret it.”

“We chose the hotel because it advertised as “pet friendly” The fee was $50 while other hotels rarely charge over $25. There was no ice on first floor, grounds were not kept up, elevator was filthy, staff refused to budge on pet fee, but our room itself was clean and cool.”

“Staff was ok didn’t take long to check in, the problem arose when I walked in to our room. At first it seemed clean enough. Later on I went to the bathroom and there was a cockroach on the counter . Gross but I didn’t make a big deal about it .around 5am i Went to the restroom, I turn the light on and there’s at least 5-6 cockroaches scattered around the bathroom! Honestly got my wife up and we left immediately. Truly disgusting”

“They have made poor decisions on breakfast. Removed biscuits and gravy or eggs and bacon or sausage. McDonalds serves better. Removed second waffle machine. This causes backup with people waiting in line. There was no creamer only milk or half and half. They used to serve flavored creamer. They moved breakfast to 6:30 a.m and that causes a rush when people are heading out for their work. For example they had sausage or a crousant sandwich with ham.
